WATERTOWN — Mr. Anthony F. Cilfone, 61, of 1357 Buckingham St., passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Anita (DeRienzo) Cilfone.
Anthony was born in Waterbury on Feb. 25, 1953, son of the late Anthony A. and Lucie (Cicchetti) Cilfone. He was an executive director for several dealerships throughout the state during his career.
Besides his wife Anita of 41 years, he leaves to cherish his memory his children, Carrie Scalzo, Chad Cilfone and his fiancée Annie Cole; his siblings, Theresa Troske, Donna Maneca, Grace and Jay Patrick, Caroline and Steven Dodge, and George and Chris DeRienzo; six grandchildren, Nikko, Vincenzo, Luccio, Isabella, James and Liam; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: A funeral service will be held Monday, 2 p.m. at the Lourdes in Litchfield Shrine, 50 Montfort Road, Litchfield. Those who would like to attend are kindly asked to meet directly at the shrine for 1:45 p.m. Calling hours will be held Sunday, 5 to 8 p.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury.
