WOLCOTT – Harry A. Sasso, 73, passed away on June 30, 2018, at Abbott Terrace.
Harry was born in Waterbury on June 20, 1945, to the late Harry J. Sasso and Virginia (Bozzuto) Sasso. He was raised in Wolcott, where he attended local schools and graduated from Central Connecticut State University. He served honorably in the U.S. Navy.
Harry would often be seen driving through Wolcott going to cruise nights in his ’63 split window Corvette. He enjoyed playing cards, was an avid gun enthusiast and Yankees fan.
He was a member of Bristol Fish & Game and worked for many years in security.
Harry is survived by his sister, Judith S. Benson and her husband Joel, of Florida; his three nephews, Joel, Gary, and Keith Benson and his wife Elizabeth; a great-niece, Sophia; and a great-nephew, James.
Services for Harry will be held privately.
